Giant Size X-Men #1 - Pinhole Collection

I had this book slabbed in the early days of CGG/PGX before I knew any better. :biggrin:

I can ensure you it is restoration free and would offer a full refund if found to have any restoration.

The book has a small hole travelling through it. The original owner drilled a tiny hole in his books and displayed them by hanging them on a pin. Other than the pinholes, the OO had an otherwise high grade X-Men collection. I know, it's nuts. :lol:

Many experienced dealers have seen books from the collection floating around for years.

So, in this case the "apparent" grade is equivalent to CGC's "green qualified label."

I have no idea how to price this.

GUIDE VF = $442

My price = $250, which is about the going price for a slabbed 6.0

X-Men 95 - CGC 7.5 OW/W

A CGC 7.0 just sold on eBay for $65...

My price for the CGC 7.5 = $70

Tightly graded. I suspect this is a strong update candidate. :winkgrin:

As someome else pointed out - It's a tuff crowd over here. I think you'll have better luck over on the other board, although I had to pretty much give away books to get them moved. It's all good though - I'm slowly reducing the books that are undercopies or just don't go with what I like and making a few bucks. I still have a long box of DC to get rid of! :lol:
