That's what happens when you collect too many DC and Marvel books.

Stick to the good stuff!

Oh yes that company that went out of business long ago because it wasn't very successful at entertaining us.

I loved the stuff Ditko did for the Big Red C. Someone should put it into a hardbound collection. There was a lot of it, some of it uneven, but there were some beautiful stories along the way.

I can't! Possibly a moderator can. Otherwise, Steve does it.

It should be here at Edit Account Settings Mike, but it doesn't appear to be enabled. :dunno:

I'm not sure how good an idea it is to give users total control of that. You can't do that on the "other" board either.

It acts as a safety check for mischief.

I am not convinced that users can change their id. Hopefully, Steve will chime in.

Is there a chance of getting threads with new/unread posts color-coded, like on the CGC forums? I find that since there's no visual differentiation between new posts and old, I have to scan the small post dates along the far right each time I look at a CBCA forum... particularly tough since there are groups of stickied threads at the top with old dates, and they look the same as new/active threads. I find it's a bit more eyestrain to look around here than on other forums.

Not the end of the world if it's a pain to do. Just thought I'd ask.

As of right now, I just try and remember which threads I've frequented recently and see if there is a more recent date stamp on there from someone else. Works but not the most effective...

There should be an indicator for Forums and Threads with new posts. Note that the color scheme has changed from yellow to blue since this graphic was made, but the same idea applies. The contrast is not as high with the blue scheme, but it should be there.

Here's a quick legend:

Forum Index

Image New posts.......... Image No new posts

Topic Index

..Image New posts............... Image New posts [Popular]
..Image No new posts........... Image No new posts [Popular]

Note: The popular indicator signals a hot topic discussion with more than 25 posts.
