I've always admired the way Adams drew the hands of characters he interpreted. Very powerful yet elegant.

That 9.0 was an upgrade from my 8.5, I was looking for a 9.4 at the time but none came along. I was offered a 9.6 but couldn't meet the timeframe on the payments so I passed.

Thanks Marnin. It's a Sony DSLR a200. I've only had it a month so I'm still figuring out the best way to present a slab as they're slightly blurred at the bottom.

My scanner hates slabs :roll:

It's an awesome piece of kit. The amount of different ways of taking photos has literally astounded me. It will take me a while to get to grips with it :doh:

If you place the books on a black background and shoot them more head on, I bet they will look as good or better than any scanner!!
