Kull The Destroyer

I'm wondering if anyone can explain to me the chronological order of the Kull The Destroyer Marvel comic book series. I just purchased Kull The Destroyer 12 and 16, now if i check the copyright on the inside of the title page, it reads Vol 1 # 12, but when i look online the Marvel website, it is categorized as Vol 2 #12. I dont understand whats up. My dads check list has Kull the Conquerer Vol 2 #1,2 then Vol 3, #2,3,4, and he has King Kull # 26. I am confused.

The first 10 issues were called Kull the conqueror. It then changed to Kull the destroyer.I think the title may have changed to King Kull for the last few issue of the series. In 1982 Marvel had a 2 issue Kull the conqueror series. In 1983 Marvel did a 10 issue Kull the conqueror series. I think issues 9 and 10 of this series was called Kull.

I think they are planning a Kull in Space after the Punisher's run is over. :biggrin:
