Hi guys and thanks for the warm welcome! :biggrin:

I like to read and collect Felix the Cat, Sensation Comics, Wonder Woman (especially the bronze age) and most new indies. I know this isn't comic-related, but I also LOVE to collect children's books, especially Wizard of Oz.

I've only been actively reading and collecting for about 10 years so I have a lot to learn. Bear with me.

Yay! Wonder Woman. I am just 52 issues from having a complete run. I doubt I will move on to Sensation when I am done.

My girlfriend and I picked up the second novel of the Wizard of Oz in an old book shop last spring...and it's a first edition!! :righton:
I can't remember the year off hand or the title at the moment but it has some wonderful art and looks purdy sitting in our antique book case along with some nice old high grade comics.

I have the second printing of the first Oz book - I believe the others are first printings, although I'd have to double check for sure. Most of the books I have were Christmas gifts from the hubby.

PB = Spoiled Girl

My books are actually put away at the moment, although hearing you mention how good they look in your case makes me want to put them out. :tongue:

Okay, the emoticons totally crack me up.

:shock: 10 years is a long time! I've been collecting GA for almost a year now and comics for only 4.

The second book is The Land of Oz which includes Jack Pumpkinhead, the sawhorse and the wogglebug. It is the only book that doesn't include Dorothy.
